Below is the e-mail I composed and sent to the management of Bombay Bicycle Club, the purpsoe was to seek permission to use the track 'Your Eyes', which is the track I wish to use for my music video.
"I am writing to you to seek permission to use the track ‘Your Eyes’ for my media coursework. I am a massive fan of Bombay Bicycle Club and when I was informed on the criteria of my A2 media coursework, to create a music video, I immediately decided I wanted to do it to the track ‘Your Eyes’.
I understand that I need permission from the bands label to use the track on my music video so that is the purpose of this email. If I could get a response as soon as possible so I can start the process of creating the music video.
